Sadly there is a limitation in our dungeon generator.
Also there needs to be a connection from all powered rooms to the core so you cannot power any room on the floor if it s not connected to the core.
I tried it by setting the y value for the first floor to 100 figuring that would be a good start.
There is no way to know how such an increase will affect game resources your game may freeze up and die on you trying to load a dungeon that huge shrug and if you change room count make sure you also change the dust per floor so you don t end up with 50 dust total and 95 unpowered rooms.
